Originally released on April 19th, 2002 this was Aquamuffin's first public release of newly recorded material. Aquamuffin Sampler had been previously released but was a compilation of mostly older material.

This album has been remixed and remastered from the original 4-track tapes outside of the final portion of Lighthouse where the master tape has disappeared into history.
